The tragic events in Brussels showed that Ukraine and the EU member states should thoroughly prepare to counter such terrorist threats, and check all the scenarios in the investigation of the terrorist attacks. This opinion was expressed by Joint Director of Foreign Policy Programmes and International Security of the Razumkov Centre Oleksiy Melnyk on Radio Liberty.
