Six months after the latest Minsk agreement, to replace the first one that Russia violated as well, more than 1,000 others have been killed since Russia and Ukraine signed the “peace” deal, the Kyiv Post writes.
Co-director of Foreign Affairs and Inernational Security Programmes at the Razumkov Centre Oleksiy Melnyk said Ukraine hasn’t yet exhausted all of its options, however.
