Economic Research Consultant of the Razumkov Centre Volodymyr Sidenko commented to the newspaper Silski Visti on the course of the negotiations between the government and the creditors on restructuring Ukraine’s external debt.
The creditors seem to be willing to change the payment period and reduce the interest rate but not to write off part of the debt for Ukrainian bonds.
