On November 15th, Dr. Alexandra de Hoop Scheffer gave an interview to the French weekly L’Express. She discussed Trump’s future foreign policy. She anticipated that Trump will be willing to make “deals” with Russia and China, while making concessions, which could include recognizing Russia’s annexation of Crimea or China’s expansion in the South China Sea.
