While the West is anxiously following Russia’s moves in Syria, the Russian government has once again declared its readiness to support the global struggle against terrorists. Dr. Elena Pokalova will address Russia’s experience combatting terrorism in the North Caucasus, as well as the Kremlin’s participation in the global war on terror.
