The SMM continued to monitor the implementation of the provisions of the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum and the work of the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC). The SMM observed two convoys of humanitarian aid arriving from the Russian Federation (RF) to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. On 21 December as of 12:00hrs, the SMM monitored a Euro-Maidan protest of some 100 mostly young participants of mixed gender on Kharkiv’s Liberty Square.
