This report is for media and the general public. The SMM continued to monitor the implementation of the provisions of the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum and the work of the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC). The SMM observed two convoys of humanitarian aid arriving from the Russian Federation (RF) to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. On 21 December as of 12:00hrs, the SMM monitored a Euro-Maidan protest of some 100 mostly young participants of mixed gender on Kharkiv’s Liberty Square.
