Authorities in Ukraine and Western countries are signalling the withdrawal of some Russian forces from occupied areas in the Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts. The aggressor’s troops are said to be moving away to the north of Kyiv, as well as moving into Belarus.
